中文摘要 | 研究目的為以專業合作方式對ADHD兒童進行治療,分析治療功效,提供臨床治療之參考。方法:本研究以民國95年7月至97年6月期間,至台北市立聯合醫院婦幼院區接受ADHD短期跨專業團體治療模式的個案和家長為研究對象,合計44人。研究對象為注意力缺陷過動疾患(Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)的兒童及其家長,為探討跨專業介入之短期多元治療模式的療效,分別進行為期10週之團體治療,兒童團體採用認知行為治療模式,加強注意力訓練,家長團體則進行親職教育,及形成支持性團體。在團體進行前與進行後讓家長與學校老師填寫相關問卷,藉以了解各項行為指標及親職壓力的改善情形。結果:研究結果顯示該治療方案可有效降低家長所察覺的ADHD孩童干擾行為的嚴重度,及在各情境出現的問題行為數量,亦可改善孩童人際互動問題。結論:該跨專業治療模式有益於治療ADHD孩童,希望提供給臨床治療之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The research goal is to analyze the effectiveness of the professional teaming working model in treating ADHD children and to provide the result for clinical reference. Methods: The subjects of this study were children and their parents who participated in the ADHD short term trans-disciplinary intervention from July 2006 to June 2008 in the Women and Children's Branch Taipei City Hospital. A total of 44 participants were enrolled in this study. These children were diagnosed as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder by child and adolescent psychiatrists. In order to assess the effectiveness of a short-term trans-disciplinary group therapy, children and their parents were separately assigned into two groups. The treatment groups last for ten weeks. Cognitive-behavioral therapy approach was applied in the children group to enhance their attention training, and at the same time, parenting education regarding ADHD and parental stress were discussed in the parent group to increase parents' awareness and generate mutual support. Questionnaires were filled out by parents and school teachers before and after the intervention. The research goal was to analyze the effectiveness of the professional teaming working model in treating ADHD children and to provide the result for clinical reference. Results: The result showed that the intervention model effectively decreased the severity of ADHD children's disturbing behaviors and the number of problematic behaviors in every situation. The social interaction was also improved. We concluded that the trans-disciplinary intervention is successful in treating ADHD children. Conclusions: The conclusion is the multi-disciplinary group therapy is successful in treating ADHD children and to provide the result for clinical reference. |
