中文摘要 | 本研究研發小型扭力計能適用於測定實驗室規模之小型攪拌式反應器動力消耗。利用牛頓第三運動定徑,測量馬達攪拌液體時所受之反作用力,進而求出所輸入的能量,當扭力值範圍為4至332 g-cm時所求得之動力消耗為2.8 × 10-3至1.73 W。以7公升之攪拌式生物反應器搭配二片及六片平板式攪拌翼求得雷諾數與動力數之關係圖(雷諾數範圍由5到1 × 104),並與Nagata及Yamamoto所得之動力數據比較,本研究所測得之動力數據與他們之數據具有良好之一致性。在通氣速率0.3 vvm以下,扭力計測出之數據其擾動可忽略,跳動幅度在±3.93%以下。本扭力計具有構造簡單,易於安裝及操作等優點,適用於實驗室規模之小型攪拌式生物反應器動力消耗之測定。 |
英文摘要 | A laboratory-scale torque meter suitable to measure the power consumption for a miniature agitated bioreactor was developed. The working principle of the device is based on the Newton’s third law of motion. The range of torque measured was 4 to 332 g-cm and the corresponding power was 2.8 × 10-3 to 1.73W. The relationship between Np and NRe was obtained with the six and two flat-blade paddles in the range of NRe=5 to 1 × 104. The power curves obtained in this work were compared with those published by Nagata and Yamamoto. Fairly good consistence between the current data and literature data were obtained. Instability caused by aeration was not significant provided aeration rate is below 0.3 vvm. The fluctuations due to aeration were below ± 3.93%. The torque meter developed in this work is simple in structure and easy to install and operate. The device is applicable to measure the power consumption in a laboratory-scale agitated bioreactors. |
