中文摘要 | 本研究採用一新型真空濺鍍機製備一系列氮化鈦/氮化鋁奈米多層膜,此濺鍍機同時配置非平衡磁控濺鍍與平衡磁控濺鍍兩系統,以前者濺鍍氮化鋁,而以後者濺鍍氮化鈦。本研究之目的為經由控制濺鍍參數,獲得具不同週期 (period,λ)之氮化鈦/氮化鋁奈米多層膜後,進行一系列實驗,以探討多層膜之磨耗行為。濺鍍單一層氮化鈦鍍膜與未濺鍍之試件亦一併於相同條件下實驗,以做比對。結果顯示,經由濺鍍參數之控制,可製備週期範圍由2.4至67.6奈米之氮化鈦/氮化鋁多層膜。在λ≦3.6nm時,多層膜具備極高之硬度和極佳之黏附性。氧化實驗發現多層膜具備明顯較佳之抗氧化性”高硬度以及優異的抗氧化性,使得多層膜表現非常優異之磨耗性能。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a series of TiN/AJN nano-multJlayer films were prepared using a new sputtering setup, which was designed with an unbalanced and a balanced magnetron sputtering system. The former was employed to deposit the AIN film, and the latter the TiN film. The aim of this study was to obtain, through controlling the deposition conditions, a group of TiN/AIN nano-multilayer films with various periods ( λ ), and then to conduct a series of experiments to understand their wear properties. The results revealed that through controlling of the deposition para meters, the TiN/AIN nano-multilayer films withλranging from 2.4 to 67.6 nm were obtained. Atλ≦3.6 nm, the nafio-multilayers had extremely high hardness and excellent adhesion. The oxidation testing found that the multilayers had obviously better anti-oxidation, as compared with a single-layer TiN film. The high hardncss and good anti-oxidation resistance conlribute to reD' good wear performance of the TiN/AIN nano-multilayer films. |
