中文摘要 | 本文首次報告台灣蓮霧貯藏病害。根據調查結果,蓮霧在室溫下放置3 天後貯藏病害罹病率2~ 5%,21 天後更高達75~ 90% 以上。引起蓮霧果實 貯藏期病變的病原菌, 根據調查結果有下列8 種, 包括Phytophothora palmivora 、Colletot richum gloeosporioides 、Penicillium digitatum 、Aspergillus sp.、Fusarium sp.、Rhizopus sp.、Mucor sp.、Cladosporium sp.及Pestalot iopsis euginae 等。而貯藏病害之發生和貯藏溫度、蓮霧果實品質及包裝方式等皆有密切的關係。12℃ 冷藏處理,7 天後罹病率為0,21 天後罹病率為15% 。 |
英文摘要 | The Wax-apple post harvest disease was reported in Kaohsiung District Agricultural Research and Extent ion Station, Ping Tung, Taiwan, in 2004. The investigations result showed that wax-apple post harvest disease incidence were 2~5% and 75~90% after 3 day and21 days after Package under room-temperature conditions respectively. Eight pathogens were found from isolated disease wax-apple fruits, such as Phytophothora palmivora, Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp., Rhizopus sp., Mucor sp., Cladosporium sp., Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Pestalotiopsis engine The wax-apple post harvest disease incidence are closely related to the storage temperature ,humidity and package material. The wax-apple post harvest disease incidence were 0% and 15% 7 and 21 days after package at temperature of 12 ℃ condition respectively. |
