中文摘要 | 台灣百合為台灣特有種植物, 分佈於全台。但近年來由於人為的破壞,族群已逐漸減少當中,如何有效復育於原生地為一重要課題。本研究分別於台灣百合播種與幼苗期接種不同叢枝菌根菌,探討對台灣百合植株生長之影響, 希望藉由接種有益微生物, 促進植株生長, 未來大量復育於其原生地。 試驗結果顯示,台灣百合於播種時接種叢枝菌根菌Glomus clarum Nicolson and Schenck, Glomus etunicatum Becker and Gerdemann, Glomus fasiculatum (Thaxter) Gerd. and Trappe emend. Walker and Koske, Glomus mosseae (Nicol. and Gerd.) Gerdemann and Trappe 及 Acaulospora sp.之處理組, 鱗莖周徑顯著大於對照組。接種G. clarum, G. fasiculatum 及G. mosseae 之處理組全株鮮重高於對照組。於幼苗時期接種叢枝菌根菌,則鱗莖周徑及全株鮮重皆顯著高於對照組。上述結果可作為叢枝菌根菌應用於台灣百合野外復育時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Lilium longif lorum var. formosanum, an endemic species to Taiwan, distributes all over the island. Recent ly, its population has been decreased gradual ly because of man-made dest ruction. How to recover its populat ion has become an important issue. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the plant growth by inoculating the plant seed and seedling wi th beneficial microorganisms. I t is hoped that AMF will be able to help boost the growth of Lilium longi florum var. formosanum in its habitats. The results of the experiment showed that Glomus clarum、Glomus etunicatum、Glomus fasiculatum、Glomus mosseae and Acaulospora sp. worked signif icantly on bulb circumference, which grows larger than that of the control. The results also showed Glomus clarum, Glomus fasiculatum and Glomus mosseae worked signif icantly on f resh weight of plant, which is heavier than that of the control. In general , plants inoculated with AMF grew better than the cont rol in terms of bulb ci rcumference and fresh weight of plant. The results of the experiment in this study can be used as references for the future applicat ion of AMF in any restorat ion plan of Lilium longiflorum var. formosanum. |
