中文摘要 | 竹材在臺灣產量豐富,材質強韌,竹皮堅硬,抗彎強度大,光澤度高,是為家居用品主要製作材料之一,其中以家具為大宗。桂竹因竹悍直徑小、質輕、加工容易,在製作技術上所衍生出的特有”包管技術”,在世界手工技藝領域中屬非常珍貴的技術,在竹工師父不斷的思索設計組合,形成家具中特有風格,本研究係應用風格之研究與分析,將包管家具之形制、結構、裝飾式樣及功能性等作系統性彙整,而獲得以下三點結論,以突顯傳統家具固有特色,可作為日後研究或設計之參考。(1)了解桂竹包管家具的使用及使用年限,作為日後創新設計及改善結構強度之主要方針。(2)將包管家具之特有風格,融入現代設計理念,是為文化資源產業永續經營之主要動力。(3)了解產業SWOT型態,作為日後資源應用規劃、人才培訓、技術升級之基礎參考指標。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan has a rich yield for bamboo featuring resilience in nature, hard bark, strong flexural strength and good glossiness that serves as one major material for household articles production among which furniture covers a large batch. It is a short diameter and light weight for Makino bamboo shafts as well as an easy processing, the unique ‘wrapper technology’ is thus derived from the making technology for Makino bamboo that makes this original technology stand out of the handicraft industry in the world. As a bamboo work masters’ incessant creative design, ‘wrapper technology’ has formed a unique style in furniture production. This study works at applying the research and analysis of style to make a systematic collection and the form, structure, decorative style and functionality of wrapper furniture, highlighting the traditional furniture’s inherent characteristics and bringing out the following three conclusions served as reference for future study or design: (1)Gain a better understanding of the use and preserving characteristics of wrapper Makino bamboo furniture, working as the major policy for innovating design and improving the structural strength. (2)How to get the unique characteristics of wrapper furniture into the modern design concept is the major momentum for permanent operation of cultural assets. (3)Have an understanding in the concept of SWOT to work as the basic reference index for resources application planning, talent training and technology upgrade in the future. |
