中文摘要 | 工程領域中有許多的現象可以用數學模式加以描述,並以之作為預測的基礎,通常也能獲致滿意的成效。然而,有許多非線性的數學模式用於預測時,必須加倍的小心,因為並非在所有的狀況下該數學模式皆為連續,而是具有混亂而不可預測的區間。了解該區間發生的原因及趨勢,將有助於工程師研究如何提高數學模式的可靠性,以及預測結果的準確性。本文將以防災運輸管理領域為例,說明車流理論及運輸規劃中經常使用的跟車模式及旅次分配模式具有的混亂特性,以及如何利用定量的方法確定其發生的時機,避免因誤用數學模式進行預測導致的不良後果。 |
英文摘要 | Many commonly occurring engineerinig systems are modeled with mathermatical experessions and exhibit certain stability. The inherent stability of these equations allows them to serve as the basis for predictions. Some nonlinear models, however, lack stability and thus require considerable care when used as a basis for predictions. Experience has shown that equations of these models may not be continuous for the entire range of input parameters. Understanding the chaotic tendencies of this equation allows engineers to improve the reality of models and predictions based on those models. This paper describes chaotic behavior and briefly discusses the methodology of the algorithm used to detect its presence in models of disaster prevention transportation management. |
