中文摘要 | 本文主要探討振動輔助對樹脂轉注成型充填過程中,振動源的振幅大小和振動方向,對金屬模具模穴內部模擬樹脂流動造成的氣泡包封和流動波前變化之影響。文中藉由固定強化纖維材之空孔度,並控制其在模穴內部與模具內模壁側邊間隙大小,進行直接又有效的視流法實驗分析。實驗結果顯示,振動源較大的振幅對充填時間的縮短約達10%,且在垂直充填流體流動方向的振動,則對流動波前幾何形狀的平坦化控制,具有正面的幫助。 |
英文摘要 | In this article, the RTM mold-filling process with varying amplitude and vibration direction was experimentally investigated. The motion of fluid flow front and air trap were directly observed by flow visualization technique. All experiments are conducted in a transparent mold and the reinforced fiber mats are taken with constant porosity and side edge gap. Results show that the larger vibration amplitude acting on the metal mold could save the total filling time about 10%. Besides, the vibration direction normal to the direction of mold-filling is advantage to flat the geometry of fluid flow front. |
