中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討完形取向遊戲治療方法對國小兒童害羞行為的改變效果。本研究採用質性分析研究法。案主是一位國小二年級的男學生,其主要問題乃是個性內向退縮,經常表現害羞行為,也受到同學的排斥與欺負。本研究係由治療者採用完形取向遊戲治療法對案主進行諮商治療,治療次數計十二次,每週一次,每次約40分鐘。研究結果發現:案主在遊戲諮商室內和室外的行確有相當程度的改變。在遊戲諮商室內的改變包括:1.自我感由負面自我批評到正向自我支持與自我滋養;2.對諮商師的態度由攻擊敵意轉為關心和喜歡;3.能發展出對諮詢師採用親密行為;而對父親採用自我保護行為的不同人際互動策略;4.由僵化畏縮的肢體動作轉為彈性與自然表達。案主在遊戲諮商室外的改變則有:1.班上的朋友變得較多;2.比較不會受到欺負;3.在班上較敢發言;4.較常親近老師;5.與家人有較多的互動。本研究據此提出相關的專業建議,以作為未來從事此一領域研究之學者與實務工作者的參考。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims to study the therapeutic effects of using Gestalt approach play therapy on elementary school child with shy behavior. The client was an elementary second-grade body, whose main problem was being alienated and bullied because of his shyness. There were twelve 40-minute therapeutic sessions, meeting once every week. The study finds that the client’s behavior did undergo considerable change both inside and outside the playing therapy room. The client felt more self-supportive by himself. The hostility toward the counselor has been changed into affection. The client developed different coping skill toward counselor and father. The expression of his body movement and emotion is more free. The client is less likely to be bullied, more willing to voice his opinion and more comfortable with his teachers. Based on the findings, suggestions are offered for future use in related fields. |
