中文摘要 | 本文在探討如何應用適當的進戲來協助學齡前期白血病病童面對住院壓力。學齡前期的兒童,面對住院壓力最易產生退化、逃避等因應行為。筆者在護理期間,配合學齡前期兒童認知發展之特性,運用個案喜愛之娛樂性遊戲、角色扮演及說故事進戲來抒解病童的壓力和焦慮。筆者在護理過程中深深體會到遊戲對兒童的重要性,希望藉由本個案報告分享自己的經驗,亦期望臨床工作者在照顧病童時,能適時的運用遊戲來協助病童在進戲中成長,並緩解住院所帶來的壓力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article was to help one preschool leukemia child to face the stress of hospitalization by using play. The child, facing stress of hospitalization, used coping behaviors that included regression and escapism. The cognitive theories for entertainment, role-play and talking-story play were adopted to release the child's stress and anxiety. Clinical workers may like to use the findings of this article to promote children’s maturation and ability to cope with stress during hospitalization. |
