中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解美和技術學院(以下簡稱本校)學生在體育課中與其他日常生活裡,對休閒運動體驗的情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以立意取樣方式抽取本校九十一學年度第二學期體育課興趣選項之學生。問卷所得各項資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後檢定,分析結果發現:一、「性別」在休閒運動體驗量表中「激勵鬥志」一項未達顯著水準外,其餘在「流汗健身」、「心情愉稅」、「人際互動」、「力與美感」等四項均達顯著水準(P<.05),其中男生對於休閒運動體驗的同意程度皆高於女生。二、不同學制在休閒運動體驗上的差異性考驗,只在「流汗健身」一項達顯著水準(P<.05),且「大學部」學生的平均數高於「專科部」;其他四個項目的考驗並未達顯著水準。三、在「運動時數」方面,僅「心情愉悅」一項休閒運動體驗達顯著水準(P<.05),唯經事後檢定並未發現有組間之差異存在;其餘四項休閒運動體驗之分析均未達差異水準。最後,本研究根據上述結果發現,分別提出課程選配、體育教學及課餘從事運動之建議以茲參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this article was to investigate what the students at Meiho Institute of Technology learned through the sports and recreation in physical education classes and their lives. The objects were this kind of students who attended the physical education courses in the second semester in 2002-2003 academic year. Five kinds of learning for students taking sports and recreation were concluded. They were: 1) sweatiness and health, 2) cheerfulness and happiness, 3) interpersonal communication, 4) sense of energy and aesthetics, 5) morale. Three characteristics of the objects were 1) gender, 2) educational system, and 3) hours of exercising per week. Furthermore, despite the discrepancy in gender, education system and hours of exercising per week were considered. Male students had a significantly higher average (p<.05) than female students in choosing "sweatiness and health", "cheerfulness and happiness", "interpersonal communication", and "sense of energy and aesthetics." University students demonstrated a significantly higher average (p<.05) than 5-year technical college students in choosing "sweatiness and health"; and "hours of exercising per week" with a significant discrepancy (p<.05) in choosing "cheer and happiness." No significantly discrepancy was found in forms after a comparison. |
