中文摘要 | 在急遽變遷的時代裡,後現代的理念給教育帶來很大的啟示與衝擊,過去教師的專業知能與所賦予的專業權需要不斷的與時俱進以符應自由、多元的時代要求,加上教學的典範轉移到以學生為主體的學習的典範,教師承擔更多元的角色責任,而且需要在專業能力與人格修養上不斷的精進成為一位POWER教師。因此教師必須不斷的學習來促進教師專業的成長,而知識管理乃透過建立知識庫以及知識獲取、分享、應用與創新的過程,進行知識的管理,剛好滿足教師的自我學習、創造成長、享受樂趣、自我管理與求知滿足的學習需求。 所以教師的專業成長在知識管理策略上可以採取:1.建立專業成長的知識庫。2.鼓勵教師訂定個別化學習計畫。3.建構團隊學習及知識分享的機制。4.強化行動研究與合作教學。5.建立學校組織的學習文化。6.建立知識應用與發展的評鑑機制。來協助教師專業成長,減輕時代變遷對教師的衝擊,使教師具有專業知能,發揮專業權,成為善盡多元角色責任的POWER教師。 |
英文摘要 | In the rapidly changing world, the concept of postmodernity brings about the most inspiration and impact on education. In the past the professional knowledge of teachers and the empowered professional right needs to improve all the time to meet the demand to liberty and multiplicity. The teaching paradigm has been shifted into the learning paradigm whose subject is its student. A teacher assumes more multiple role responsibilities and continuously improves his profession, ability, personality and accomplishment to be a power teacher. So a teacher has to continue learning to promote professional growth. The process of the knowledge management is to set up knowledge base and to gain, share, apply and create knowledge. In the process, it just satisfies teachers' learning requirement--self learning, creating advance, enjoying pleasure, self management and seeking knowledge satisfaction. The knowledge management strategy of teacher professional growth can be as follows: 1. To set up the knowledge base of teachers' professional growth. 2. To encourage teachers to design individualizing learning plan. 3. To construct machinism of team learning and knowledge share. 4. To strengthen action research and collaborative instruction. 5. To establish the learning culture of school organization. 6. To establish the evaluation machinism of knowledge application and development. The advantage of all the above is to help a teacher to have professional growth. Then a teacher will have professional knowledge and develop professional right as a power teacher who performs multiple role responsibilities and has less impact in the changing world. |
