中文摘要 | 工作導向啟發式排程法 (Job Oriented Heuristics Scheduling, JOH) 相關研究大多著重於單一目標最佳化的排程方法,本研究提出一個同時考量定量與定性排程因素的模糊多準則決策法,並透過灰色關聯分析法決定工作的加工順序,建構一個以工作導向為考量的零工式生產排程系統,用以解決具有動態性、不確定性、統計波動、依存關係的複雜排程問題。經由多組不同工作與機器數組合的模擬實驗結果顯示,相較於其他方法,本研究所建構的排程系統在滿足交期與其他限制下,對於工作整體的加工時間縮減有良好表現。 |
英文摘要 | The conventional job oriented heuristics (JOH) scheduling methods emphasize on optimizing single objective scheduling problems. In this research, we proposed a job-shop scheduling system which integrates the multicriteria decision method and grey relation analysis for solving complicate job sequencing problems with dynamic, uncertain, statistically fluctuant, interrelated characters considering both quantitative and intangible scheduling factors. A simulation of job shop scheduling problem with multiple jobs and machines is used to compare the performance of our proposed method with other conventional JOH methods. The result shows that our proposed method significantly reduces the cycle time with due date and other constraints. |
