| 中文摘要 | 生物分解性塑膠材料是目前高科技產業之重要課題之一,尤其是在農業、醫藥裝置、紡織等領域上有廣泛的應用。本研究係以1991年至2003年期間的歐洲專利資料庫為專利資訊來源,進行檢索生物分解性聚酯材料相關之專利資料,以檢索得約1500件專利資料再進行相關專利資訊分析。在研究的國家中,與生物分解性聚酯材料相關的專利技術以美國為主約有470件專利,其次為日本約有140件專利;歐洲國家中,以德國為主約有110件專利;其他亞洲國家中,大陸約有50件專利,韓國約有47件專利,台灣則約有21件專利。另外, 根據檢索得的專利資訊,按技術分類(亦即國際專利分類),發現與用途相關約有670件專利,與加工相關約有50件專利,與膜片成形品製作相關約有70件專利,與合成反應相關約有410件專利,及與組成物相關約有390件專利。目前,研發方向:1.合成反應著重於高分子主鏈上形成羧酸酯鍵結之聚酯材料;2.組成物著重於農業及醫藥用途 (包含羧酸酯類化合物、多醣類或澱粉等)。 |
| 英文摘要 | At present, biodegradable plastics are one important issue of high technology, particularly the applications involving agriculture, medical devices and fabrics. This article studies the patent information relating to biodegradable polyester materials in years from 1991 to 2003 based on the European Patent Database. As a result, in about 1500 patents relating to biodegradable polyester materials, about 470 patents were filed in the United State of America, about 140 patents were filed in Japan, about 110 patents were filed in Germany, about 50 patents were filed in China, about 47 patents were filed in Korea, and about 21 patents were filed in Taiwan. In addition, according to the classification of the technology (i.e. International Patent Classification), it indicates that about 670 patents relate to the applications, about 50 patents relate to processing, about 70 patents relate to the production of film- and sheet-like articles, about 410 patents relate to synthesis reaction, and about 390 patents relate to compositions. The main directions in research are: 1.syntheses of biodegradable polyesters which form a carboxylic ester in the main chain of polymers, 2.compositions comprising biodegradable polyesters used in agricultural and medical fields (containing carboxylate, polysaccharides and starch). |
