英文摘要 | Generally speaking, the compensation of political appointees is the pay ceiling on civil service in every country. At the same time, reasonable reward for political appointees has always been the subject of huge controversy. It might be due to personal subjective value judgment or vague definition of the concept. There are diverse perspectives to explain how to decide the compensation of political appointees. They might be mainly based on the comparative principle of compensation management, political decision, or governmental officials seeking for self-interest in public choice theory. In fact, they have partial exposition and are limited as well. |
