中文摘要 | 本研究中,以連續無電鍍程序析鍍於具孔洞不鏽鋼載體,製備具鈀及鈀-銀合金之膜管反應器,其中鈀-銀合金膜是在723K氫氣氣份下,將鈀及銀之鍍膜鍛燒而成。在不同溫度及壓力下,分別對不同緻密性之膜反應器進行氫氣及氮氣之滲透測試,就鈀-銀合金膜其滲氫通量較鈀膜大30倍以上。同時,緻密膜滲氫通量隨溫度遞增,而孔洞膜就氫及氮之通,則隨溫度遞減。由實驗得知,緻密膜之滲氫機制為溶解-擴散機制(solution-diffusion mechanism),而孔洞膜則結合了紐森擴散(Kundsen diffusion)及黏滯流體(Viscous flow)兩種機制。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, three Pd and Pd-Ag membranes supported on a porous stainless steel tube were prepared by means of successive sequential electroless plating steps Pd-Ag alloy membrane was obtained by annealing the resultant Pd and Ag deposited layers at 723K in a hydrogen atmosphere. Hydrogen and nitrogen permeations were conducted at various temperatures and pressures to detect the flow mechanisms that evolved in these membranes and subsequently to differentiate between the dense or porous membranes to which the flow mechanisms belonged. The Pd-Ag membrane showed a hydrogen flux that was over 30 times greater than that of the palladium membrane. Furthermore, the hydrogen fluxes through these dense membranes increased with increasing temperature, while the hydrogen and nitrogen fluxes through the porous membranes decreased with increasing temperature. From the experimental results, it can be concluded that the solution-diffusion mechanism dominated the permeation of hydrogen through the dense membranes, but instead of a combined mechanism of Knudsen diffusion and viscous flow was prevalently conducted in the porous membrane. |
