中文摘要 | 統計製程管制圖主要的功能為監督製程,當有失控的訊號產生時,則必須去確定製程失控的產生啟始點,並進而分析其根本原因(root causes),去除這些失控因素後,便容易達成改善製程及維持製程品質之目的。本文探討當使用S管制圖監督製程變異,且當製程失控是由於階梯式改變干擾(step change disturbance)所導致時,我們可結合最大概似估計(maximum likelihood estimation;MLE)法,以迅速確實地分辨出該階梯式改變干擾的啟始時間點,而此干擾啟始點之確認,能顯著提升製程的品質改善。同時,本文並將討論此結合法所推導出來的啟始點估計之統計性質,並以數值模擬展示本文如何快速地找出製程失控的啟始點。 |
英文摘要 | The main function of the SPC charts is to monitor the process. Once the out of control signal is triggered, a search for the root cause of the process disturbance has been initiated. It is easier and quicker to gain process quality when the assignable causes have been eliminated. This study uses the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) method to estimate the starting time of a step change disturbance. Statistical properties of these estimators are discussed. This study shows the fruitful results for monitoring a variability change with the proposed approaches through a series of simulation. |
