中文摘要 | 本研究以合作類動研究的方法,收集與分析教學檔案,並以知識管理的理念探討八位參與自然科教師專業成長團之領導教師,其學科教學知識PCK之改變與影響其改變之因素,同時以知識管理的方法來皆析領導教師在持續三年的成長團中知識皆享,獲得與創新的模式。研究顯示:每位領導教師之PCK都呈現正向改變,影響其改變之因素則有個人因素與情境因素研究並繪製了教師個人PCK的徵成與成長團和教師成長合作行動研究知識管理建構圖,可供相關研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study were to explore the changes in PCK of eight participants who took part in the 「science teacher professional development group」and the influential factors of the changes. By collecting and analyzing teachers’ portfolios in the collaborative action research, how the models of knowledge were shared, obtained and created was discussed. The results were showed as follows: all the participants had the positive changes in PCK, the changes were influenced by the personal and environmental factors, all participants played the roles of sharer, transformer and creator of knowledge in the 「science teacher professional development group」. Furthermore, the study offered two diagrams of the formation and growth in PCK of participants and knowledge management in collaborative action research of the teacher group. |
