| 英文摘要 | This research studied the enhancement of luminance yield of blue organic light emitting diode (OLED) NPB and ADS080 were used to increase the luminance yield. The basic structure of device is glass/ITO/NPBA (or TPD)/ADS082/AIQ3/Fif/Al. It was found that the OLEDs using NPB as hole transport layer have 400 times higher luminance than those using TPD. The NPB thickness affected the luminance of device, too. ADS080 is used as blue dopant. It was found double quantum-well (QW) doped structure has lower turn-on voltage and higher luminance yield. So the brightness increased effectively in the double-doped QW blue OLED. |
