| 中文摘要 | 近年成人網上學習受到重視,原因主要有二:一是社會快速轉型,成人需要終身學習以求增值。二是科技發展造就網路成為垂手可得的學習媒體。研究結果發現,社區大學學員資訊素養與網上學習行為兩者的確存在著正相關,亦即當學員資訊素養越高時,其每星期花在上網的時間與次數就越多;反之,當學員資訊素養越低時,其每星期花在上網的時間與次數就越少。惟值至吾人關注的是,學員網上學習行為頻率甚低,70%的學員每星期上網時數不超過5小時,72%的學員?生期上網次數不超過5次。伴隨數位時代的來臨,人與人之間的數位斷層勢必加劇與擴大,僅憑過去依賴生存的基本讀寫算等識字技能,被動而不區分地接受訊息,早已無法應付生存所需。因此,唯有透過加強學員資訊素養的知能,方能適應未來的社會變化。本研究提出以下的建議提供有關單位參考:(一)由於社區大學學員來自不同場域,彼此間經驗並不一致,透過成長團體的組成,可刺激學習與創新,以營造出學習型組織。(二)社區大學教師應針對學員特性,研擬資訊相關課程,諸如基本圖書館知能、多媒體使用課程、電腦與網路課程等,使其有機會培養資訊素養與網上學習知能與技能。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, two main reasons why adult learning on net are valued as followed: 1. Owing to rapid transition of our society, the adult need lifelong learning to promote the value of their own. 2.The development of technology has made Internet a handy learning media. According to this study, information literacy of learners in community university and learning on net of a person are positively related to each other; that is, the more information literacy a learner has, the more time he spends on net every week; on the contrary, the less information literacy he has, the less frequently and time he spends on net every week. All I am concerned about here is that the learners seldom learn through internet. 70% of them get on net less than five hours every week and 72% of them less than 5 times. With the arrival of the Digital Era, digital gap among people is getting more intense and broader. In view of this, with indiscriminative and passive attitude in acquiring information and with the basic skill, such as reading, writhing, and counting, they seem unable to meet the requirements of survival in the age of information explosion. Therefore, the learners can adapt to the transition of the society only through strengthening information literacy. This study provides the following suggestions to similar institutes as reference: 1).Because the learners in community university come from various fields and have different experiences, organizing a learning group may motivate learning and creation to form a learning organization. 2).Instructors in community university should set forth information courses, such as courses in basic knowledge of library, use of multimedia, and computer & internet in order that they have opportunities to acquire information literacy and knowledge and skills in online learning. |
