中文摘要 | 活性粉混凝土(RPC)為近年來快速發展之新材料,超高抗壓強度,抗彎之韌性為高性能混凝土(HPC)之3至5倍,且耐久性絕佳,不易腐蝕.惟成本過高,工程上應用不易。本研究盼能以高性能砂漿成為RPC之代替品,故使用廉價之水淬爐石粉,取代價格昂貴的石英粉,並降低養護之溫度,以節省能源。本研究主要分兩部分,第一部分為爐石粉細度暨用量與養護溫度對高性能砂漿抗壓強度的影響,實驗變數為爐石粉之細度:4000級、6000級。爐石粉之用量:40%、50%、60%、70%。三天溫水養護之溫度:50℃、60℃、70℃。抗壓試體以7.5公分之正立方體砂漿模製作。本研究第二部分為纖維對耐衝擊的影響,主要實驗變數為:不同纖維之添加;包括塑膠纖維1%、綱纖2%及不加纖維之控制組。衝擊試驗以土壤力學實驗之改良夯實試驗試驗錘(重錘4.5kg、落高0.45m),計算試體崩壞之錘擊數。本研究結果顯示以水淬爐石粉取代RPC中價格昂貴之石英粉,以50℃溫水養護取代RPC90℃之熱養護,抗壓強度可達1500kgf/cm2。雖略低於RPC,但仍為臺北101金融大樓鋼柱柱內灌漿強度之2倍。工作性方面,細度4000級之爐石粉優於6000級之爐石粉。強度方面水泥40%及爐石60%外加17%之矽灰,不僅經濟,工作性及強度發展亦佳,50℃三天之溫水養護,可得近乎完全水化反應之強度。成本方面。本研究之高性能砂漿與RPC相比可低1400元/M3以上。耐衝擊方面,添加2%之鋼鐵試體為不加之50倍以上,亦為添加塑膠纖維之6至10倍。本研究充分利用工業廢料 -爐石粉之特性,藉適當溫度之養生,可在四天內達到超抗壓強度,並可藉纖維之添加,增加其耐衝擊之能力,在經濟上亦具有工程應用之價值,如金庫、保險櫃之防護及國防上之用途。 |
英文摘要 | Reactive powder concrete (PRC) has been a novel material since 1994. It has ultra high compressive strength (200Mpa), and its flextural strength is three to five times of high performance concrete (HPC). Moreover, it posses high durability, resisting to corrosion. The only drawback is its high cost which makes it hard to be used in construction. This research project proposes a high performance mortar as an alternative to RPC. It contains two parts: first, influence of the compressive strength of mortar on the content and fineness of GGBS and curing temperature. The experimental variable are: fineness of GGBS (4000, 6000 cm2/g), content of GGBS (40%, 50%, 60%, 70%) and temperature of curing water (50℃, 60℃, 70℃). The second part is the influence of fiber on impact resistance of mortar. The experimental variable are: 1% plastic fiber and 2% steel fiber. The impact test was carried out by a 4.5kg drop hammer. The results of this research showed that the 150Mpa compressive strength of mortar can be obtained provided that GGBS was used instead of quartz sand the temperature of curing water was decreased from 90℃ to 50℃. The cost of high performance mortar can be less NT1400 dollars per cubic meter than that of RPC. Finally, the high performance mortar with 2% steel fiber can increase impact resistance to at least 50 times. |
