中文摘要 | 臺研究以臺南市東區為對象,共擇定59處街廓,共555戶透天商店樣本(有效樣本434戶),針對?佈在住宅區中的透天商店進行建築用電調查分析,本抽樣透天商店平均使用樓層數為1.31層,顯示多數店使用皆僅限於地面。商店平均單位樓地板用電全年達153.73度,標準差達306.59度/m2.年,顯示各樣本的差異極高,為了明確掌握多樣化樣本特色,本研究將所有樣本分成38類,經分析整理發現,最高類別商店的用電密度為最低者的54倍。最後本研究建議,以外氣溫度作為預測各類別商店平均用電密度的主要變數,以38條迴歸式續加入使用而調條件、面臨路寬條件、座落三角窗地段條件、建築座向等變數,做為多變數預測方程式,以此公式回測434戶樣本,其預測R值達0.932,本預測式應可作為預測臺南市住宅區之透天商店的用電密度。 |
英文摘要 | This research investigates 59 residential street blocks with a total of 555 commercial town houses in Tainan, Taiwan. Among them, 434 house are valid samples. The conclusions are follows. 1) The average floor of business usage is 1.31. 2) The average annual EUI per floor area is 153.73 kWh/m2.yr with a high standard deviation of .306.59 which implies a large difference among each sample. 3) All the samples are divided into 38 categories. The EUI of the highest type is 54 times larger than the lowest one. 4) 38 regression equations are developed to predict the average EUI of different categories and the coefficient of relevance is 0.861. 5) Additional modifiers which are azimuth, the width and the number of facing-road are also added to adjust there regression model. The coefficient of the relevance is 0.932 between the predicted and the real data. |
