中文摘要 | 屏東平原乾季地下水之退水歷線乃抽用地下水所造成,可用其斜率估計全年之抽水量;以乾季退水線為基準,量測地下補注上升之水位,可據以估計全年之補注量;用年底與年初水位差,可估計全年蓄水變化量。分析結果,屏東平原88、89及90年地下水補注量分別為20.64、19.68和21.66億立方公尺,平均20.66億立方公尺;因三年同站之乾季退水線斜率大致相等,可知各年抽水量亦大致相等,均約15.72億立方公尺,佔平均補注水量之1.4%;因補注量等於抽水量、蓄水變化量和流失量之總合,故可求得第三年地下水流失量各約4.68、3.71和5.58億立方公尺,平均4.66億立方公尺,佔平均補注量之22.5%。降雨資料顯示三年降雨量大小依次為90、88和89年,補注量因而相對地以90年最大、88年次之而89年最少;各年度結束時,地下水蓄水量均略有增加,因此整體而言並未超抽地下水。 |
英文摘要 | In the Pingtung Plain, the dry season recession limb of groundwater hydrograph always approaches a straight line, which represents the steady groundwater drawdown due to pumping for water-supply. The slope of the straight recession line equals to the average pumping rate throughout the year. The slope of the straight recession line, multiplied by the area, the storage coefficient and the duration, is equal to the withdrawal (Qp). The straight recession line was elongated to the date on which the peak of the rising limb. This elongation represents the recession in groundwater level had there been no recharge. The difference between the peak level and recession level on the day of the peak of the rise, multiplied by the area and the storage coefficient, is equal to the recharge (Qr). The difference between the groundwater level of the last day and that of the first day in the year, multiplied by the area and the storage coefficient, is equal to the change of storge (Qs). Using a simple groundwater-balance equation, Qr=Qp+Ql+Qs, the only unknown item, the groundwater loss Ql can be estimated. The results of the hydrograph analysis and the water balance estimation show that from year 1999 to year 2001 the averages of yearly recharge, withdrawal, loss, and charge of storage is 20.66 × 10□m³, 4.66 × 10□m³, and 0.28 × 10□m³ respectively. 76.1 % of the recharge was pumped up for water-supply. 22.5 % of the recharge lost by ways of groundwater runoff and evapotranspiration. 1.4 % of the recharge, as net incmoe, was added to the storage in the aquifers at the end of each year, hence there was no over pumping of the groundwater in the Pingtung Plain on the whole from year 1999 to year 2001. |
