中文摘要 | 對於發生於建築物內部之火災,人員一般是利用安全梯來進行避難,而非使用電梯。然而,事實上過去有許多火災案例中,發現有許多人員卻是利用電梯來進行避逃生。另一方面,在高齡者人口比例呈現快速成長和殘障者無障礙空間的設置完善條件下,無法使用樓梯來進行避難弱者將會逐年增多。因此,當一般電梯在火災避難之中使用安全性仍為一爭論的議題時,對於使用電梯來進行避難之潛在需求在911紐約世貿大樓倒塌事件後已經呈現高度需求的趨勢。因此,除目前高樓建築物樓梯避難方式外,實有必要發展其他高樓之避難策略;本研究主要針對目前高層建築物人員避難問題、高樓緊急電梯避難系統(Emergency Elevator Evacuation System,簡稱EEES)的概念、國內外法規有關電梯避難之規定、發展緊急電梯避難所必須克服之問題點及因應對策等提出分析討論,同時介紹有關電梯避難所需時間之計算分析方法,並舉一簡單之案例,進行電梯運送人員避難時間計算,期能提供未來相關領域研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In a build fire, occupants should usually escape by stairs, but not by elevators. However, in fact in may past fires, not a few people used elevator for their evacuation. Also, it is expected that the number of people who have difficulty to use stairs in evacuation would become larger, since the proportion of aged people in the total population has been improve in rapidly increasing recently and also accessibility of disabled people has been improved. Therefore, the potential demand of elevator used in evacuation has been growing recently especially after the WTC collapse on September 11th, 2001, while evacuation using elevators in case of fire still controversial issue because the safe operation of regular elevator is not always secured during evacuation in a fire. Therefore, development of other evacuation method for in high-rise building it is essential. The purposes of this research are the problem of evacuation in high-rise building, the conception Emergency Elevator Evacuation System (EEES), the regulation of evacuation by elevator, the problem in developing EEES and the method to solve problems that mention above. In addition, a detailed method of analysis of people movement by elevator during emergency building evacuation is introduced. |
