中文摘要 | 在光碟印刷領域中,無水平版印刷逐漸為業者所採用,在印製光碟上可獲得更高的解析度以及較佳影像品質,可補足網版印刷不足之處,由於無水平版印刷可印製網點精細度較佳,相對可提高應用之網線數(影像輸出解析度)。為提升光碟印刷品品質而採用高網線數網點印製光碟的情況下,影像複製過程中網點面積變化程度為如何?基於此動機,本研究為使用175 lpi和300 lpi兩種不同網線數應用於無水平版光碟印刷,主要探討其兩者在印版晒制以及光碟印刷品之網點再現性。本研究欲透過實驗設計(Experimental Design)的方式,將使用175 lpi和300 lpi兩種網線數所輸出之網片,分別晒製印版以皮進行印刷,然後在印版與印輯品上進一步做相關之量測與分析。藉由實驗驗證與相關之分析結果,探討175 lpi和300 lpi兩種網線數在印版以及印刷口上之網點複製特性、網點積擴大程度,以及兩種網線數在複製過程中的網點面積擴大百分比差異,並進一步繪製其網點複製曲線圖、網點面積擴大百分比分析圖,以及網點面積擴大差異分析圖。期望研究結果提供光碟印刷業者作為品質改善或提升時之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | In the field of CD decorating, waterless offset printing has been adopted gradually by manufactures to produce CDs with higher resolution and better image quality and also to supplement insufficient screen printing. Waterless offset printing has the higher printing quality, relatively, screen ruling used (image output resolution) has been raised. To increase the quality, CDs are printed by high screen ruling dot. However, what is the degree of dot change during the process of image duplication? To find out the answer, this study puts screen ruling, 175 lpi and 300 lpi, in use for waterless offset printing. After that, dot reproduction on plate and CD printing would be investigated. Through Experimental Design, film from screen ruling, 175 lpi and 300 lpi, process plate making and printing separately. After that, further measurement and analysis of plate and printing would be done. This study attempts to reveal that screen ruling (175 lpi and 300 lpi) and the character of dot duplication, the degree of dot gain, and their difference of dot gain percentage shown during the process of duplication by means of empirical evidence. Finally, we anticipate the result of this study would help CD decorating manufactures improve and increase the quality of their products. |
