中文摘要 | 為瞭解臺灣地區生產之食米中重金屬(鎘、汞、鉛)含量現況,衛生署擬定本調查計畫,並由各縣市衛生局協助配合抽樣,於民國91 年2 月至91 年12 月間至各轄區(包括台北縣、桃園、新竹市、基隆、宜蘭、花蓮、台東、苗栗、台中、彰化、南投、雲林、嘉義市(縣)、台南、高雄、屏東等區)內之碾米廠抽樣一、二期作的食米檢體,檢體送至本局並依行政院衛生署公告方法進行分析檢驗。第一期作食米76 件;第二期作食米70 件,總計146 件。鎘含量總平均值為0.06 ppm(N.D.∼0.38 ppm),汞含量總平均值為0.003 ppm(N.D.∼0.020 ppm),鉛含量總平均值為0.02 ppm(N.D.∼0.29 ppm);第一期作食米檢體中﹐鎘平均含量為0.06 ppm(N.D.∼0.17 ppm),汞含量平均為0.003 ppm(N.D.∼0.020 ppm),鉛平均含量為0.02 ppm(N.D.∼0.07 ppm);第二期作食米檢體中,鎘平均含量為0.06 ppm(N.D.∼0.38 ppm),汞含量平均為0.002 ppm(N.D.∼0.014 ppm),鉛平均含量為0.02 ppm(N.D.∼0.29 ppm)。檢驗結果均未超出行政院衛生署所公告『食米重金屬限量標準』(鎘0.5 ppm 以下,汞0.05 ppm 以下)之規定。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the contents of heavy metals (cadmium, mercury and lead) of rice in Taiwan, the Department of Health had scheduled to collect samples which were provided by the rice mills from February 2002 to December 2002. 76 samples of first crop rice (23 rice samples for lead determination) and 70 rice samples of second crop rice were analyzed. The results showed that the total average content of cadmium in rice was 0.06 ppm (N.D.∼0.38 ppm), the average content of mercury was 0.003 ppm (N.D.∼0.020 ppm) and the average content of lead was 0.02 ppm (N.D.∼0.29 ppm). The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead for first crop rice were 0.06 ppm (N.D.∼0.17 ppm), 0.003 ppm (N.D.∼0.020 ppm) and 0.02 ppm (N.D.∼0.07 ppm) respectively. The average contents of cadmium, mercury, and lead for second crop rice were 0.06 ppm (N.D.∼0.38 ppm), 0.002 ppm (N.D.∼0.014 ppm) and 0.02 ppm (N.D.∼0.29 ppm) respectively. In this investigation, all rice samples had shown for good safety and under control. The contents of cadmium and mercury in rice were all in compliance with the regulation. |
