中文摘要 | 學校組織變革與發展已成為學校教育改革不得不然的趨勢與現象。學校因應環境變遷而對學校組織結構與運作方式進行調整與改變之際,教師對學校組織變革的關注情形,勢將對學校組織變革與發展的成敗產生關鍵性的影響。本研究以Hall和Hord (1987,2001)的「關注本位採用模式」為理論基礎,檢視國民小學教師對組織變革的關注現況,並進一步探討其發展情形。 本研究採地域性之探究,以臺北縣、市地區之國小教師為調查對象,分為兩個時期進行「學校組織變革關注問卷」的施測。問卷調查所得的資料,採用描述統計、成對樣本t檢定、獨立性卡方考驗等統計方法進行分析。研究發現:臺北縣、市地區國民小學教師對組織變革的關注屬於中上水準,且以「個人關注」和「協作關注」兩個發展階段較為明顯。此外,國民小學教師對學校組織變革的整體關注以及「個人關注」、「協作關注」兩個階段的關注程度會隨時間的遞演而有明顯的提昇現象,而關注焦點則未有明顯改變。 |
英文摘要 | Although school change has been an important issue in the process of educational reform, we know little about teacher concerns regarding the adoption of such an innovation. This study attempts to explore the developmental stages and differences of teacher concerns for organizational change in the elementary schools. The Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) developed by Hall & Hord ( 1987 ' 2001 ) was deliberately chosen to reflect the developmental approach to change. The Stage of Concerns Questionnaire for Organizational Change would be revised for the inquiry tool of this research. The survey subjects were the elementary teachers in Taipei city and Taipei prefecture. Questionnaire research was carried out in two stages. The first stage, the subjects are 663 persons, and the subject of 83 persons in the second stage are chosen from the first sample. Data were analyzed by the statistic methods of frequencies, t-test, and kai-square test. Results showed that the measures of teacher concerns for organizational change was up to the above average. Besides, both of the personal concern (stage 3) and the collaboration concern (stage 6) were higher levels when teachers faced the change of school organization. The teachers' concern about the change of school organization in the vicissitude was not much. The changes were only in the overall concern, the personal concern, and the collaboration concern. Finally, some recommendations about schools, teachers, and further research were offered. |
