英文摘要 | The reflective center wavelength of a fiber grating can be shifted by the strain and temperature changes to the fiber. Based on the characteristics and the special-designed package, the pressure will be transferred to the axial strain for the pressure detection purpose. In this paper, we will review four different types of fiber grating pressure sensors by various packaged methods. In addition, we will describe in details a high-sensitivity lateral pressure sensor we design. |
