中文摘要 | 本文研究應力對磁致伸縮性材料磁域分佈之影響。在以往文獻上所見之數值模型,都以忽略應變諧和性條件的簡化方式考慮此問題,而本文除了確實地將此諧和條件納入微觀磁學之數值模型中,更提出以平均的方式計算應力引發之等效磁場。且由於本文成功地推導出計算平均磁致伸縮應變能之解析公式,因此可以在有限的疊代次數中,進行大尺度之模擬。本文之模擬結果顯示,對於巨大磁致伸縮性材料之數值模擬而言,以傳統文獻上之簡化方式並不足以正確地預測平衡時之微磁域組態,且由磁化向量翻轉所導致之內應力亦不應被忽略。 |
英文摘要 | We study the effect of stress on the magnetic domains of magnetostrictive materials. Our approach is different from the conventional one which neglects the strain compatibility. Here, we include the kinematic constraint in our micromagnetic model and proposed to use the average to calculate the stress-induced magnetic field. The analytic formulation of magnetostrictive energy is derived which enables us to perform simulation at a large scale with few iteration steps. The simulation results show that the conventional approach is insufficient to predict magnetic domain patterns for materials with large magnetostriction, and the effect of intrinsic stress cannot be neglected. |
