中文摘要 | 「綠色產品之包裝」為傳遞綠色產品之產品特性與相關訊息給消費者最好的媒介之一,並可強化消費者之購買行為的環保認知。本研究之目的在歸納出消費者購買綠色產品時之決策影響要項;研究方法採(一)文獻分析法;(二)焦點團體法與(三)問卷調查法等三項,並以階段性方式逐一進行。其中焦點團體法採非隨機抽樣,共計7名20-40歲女性為參與對象,並深入分析會議討論結果。問卷調查之受測對象則同樣為20-40歲女性,採非隨機之抽樣方式,受測樣本共計120份,有效問卷116份,無效問卷4份;透過因素分析之主成份分析萃取出四大因素,包含:1.政府法規、2.綠色產品之特性說明、3.教育宣導與4.綠色產品之包裝功能與視覺因素,其內容之評量要項包含十五項,並根據統計受測者重要程度之認知,將四大因素與十五項評量要項加以排序。 |
英文摘要 | Basically, green product package can be a useful media to communicate the identity and information about the green product to consumers, which may also influence their buying decision. For considering the reliability and validity of the research, this research has conducted the literature review, focus group, and questionnaire survey step by step. Through the principal component analysis of factor analysis, there are four categories were classified orderly, including, Law, Portfolio of Green Product, Education, Function and Visual Design Characteristics of the Package. In those four categories, fifteen evaluation factors are also listed orderly. |
