中文摘要 | 本研究透過現實應用案例來探討具需求及產能限制之生產配送網路設計的問題。研究的目的在提出一多屬性交互導向分析方法,於多階層有限產能供應鏈網路系統中,有效地建構網路結構及規劃生產配送計畫。此多屬性交互導向分析方法主要建構於分析層級程序法(AHP)及整數規劃法(IP)之基礎上,可進行多個屬性的整合性評價,並可同時進行供應者及顧客之雙向需求整合性評估,藉此可獲得更有效益的配送計畫。本研究所提出之分析方法是一個交互驅導的分析模式,在現實案例應用中,供應者及顧客於策略聯盟時提出各項偏好的價值,透過此分析方法將可獲得一良好的生產配送規劃結果。 |
英文摘要 | We present a real-world application study to explore a production-distribution network design problem with demand and capacity constraints. The objective is to demonstrate an interaction-oriented approach aimed at modeling and simulating the behavior of a capacitated supply chain network with a multi-echelon system included in the relationship construction decision process. This approach is based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and integer programming (IP) to aid management in formulating more efficient and effective distribution decisions for simultaneously analyzing supplier and customer performance requirements using multiple criteria assessment. This approach is strongly interaction-driven as the suppliers and consumers are provided the possibility of presenting their preferences for a strategic alliance that can provide a feasible quality solution applied to real world applications. |
