中文摘要 | 面對分歧和各行其事的社會福利學術與研究領域,本文試圖提出一「開放且實用取向的整合模式」;並以「社會福利概論」這一入門課程,來當作整合的基礎。相對於當前我國社會工作學者和實務者所主張的一種「封閉又專斷取向的整合模式」,我們分別從社會福利實務和學術的多元傳統(分別是社會立法、社會政策、社會行政、社會工作),以及對當代福利國家挑戰(主要是政治、文化和經濟的全球化)考量,來說明兩種整合模式間的差別,和為什麼需要這麼一個「開放且實用取向的整合模式」。最後,我們則試圖提出一些符合後一個整合模式的相關原則,並用「社會福利概論」課程來闡述和規劃這一任務的範圍和目標。 |
英文摘要 | An open-ended and pragmatic approach is suggested here for integrating multi-research areas in social welfare so that given fragmented and contradictory traditions as such can be managed for effective communicative learning. A syllabus for “Introduction to Social Welfare” is designed as exemplary case by integrating multi-research areas among Social Legislation, Social Policy, Social Administration as well as Social Work. In contrast with a closed-mined and arbitrary approach, proposed by both academician and practitioners in Social Work, it is argued that the former mode most be established in order to provide enough energy to confront the dual challenges form either-research areas in conflict or the facts of globalization in social life as whole. A course syllabus will be provided at final for the purpose of demonstration. |
