中文摘要 | 隨著網際網路與分散式處理技術的進步,現今軟體發展企業的決策階層或相關專案主管,可以利用有效的軟體發展專案管理與人力資源管理系統,迅速獲得有關各個地點軟體發展專案執行情形的資訊(例如所負責的專案活動的進度,資源運用的情形)及人力的利用情形與員工的工作績效。在架構上,這樣的軟體發展專案管理系統除了必須是分散、網路的方式之外,由於企業的多元與國際性,尚有其他必須考量的地方,例如在不同的地方與不同的時間可讓專案經理隨時了解各地點的軟體發展執行情形。因此,在這樣的架構下,企業核心及所屬各軟體發展地點皆可以迅速獲得有關企業內軟體發展專案的訊息,以便其利用這些訊息對軟體發展做有效的掌控,進而順利達成在成本與時間內完成專案的目標。在本文中,我們將提出一個以Java、Php、SQL Server及分散式資料交換格式為基礎的軟體發展專案管理系統架構。Java語言的選擇,將使我們的架構在標準格式資料轉換上,讓軟體的開發更具有跨平台的優點,以及有利於專案管理所需之圖形的轉換使用(如專案活動轉換成甘特圖),讓各地點的軟體發展系統可以在整合後直接利用這套軟體交換資料,節省重複開發軟體的成本。我們也將在這個架構下建構一個雛型系統(prototype),並經由實際軟體發展資料的交換以驗證其在整合不同軟體發展系統、分享軟體發展訊息上的實用性與便利性。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the steady prosperity of our industries and businesses, many enterprises gradually expand their business and effort toward multiplex one by, for example, initiating or affiliating subordinate corporations. In such a growth, it can be found most critical for the strategic and managerial persons of these enterprises to recognize and utilize all resources available for achieving the expansions. Among such resources as financial ones, human power, technologies, and public relations, human power is probably a key item due to it being a basis of effectively using other resources. For the progress of information and network technologies, it is now feasible to computerize the management of the human power usage so that enterprise leaders are able to acquire efficiently, by an effective networked human resource management information system (N-HRMIS), information about the human resources and how they are utilized in the subordinate corporations of the enterprise. To architect such a system, in addition to those basic distributed and networked features, some other issues should also be addressed for dealing with the magnitude and multiplicity of the enterprise. These issues include, most importantly, a standard format for data exchange and a translation software for translating the data to comply with the format. Afterwards, with these features, each subordinate corporation may have and use a local HRMIS, integrated within the architecture, not only to process its own human resource affairs but also to provide the enterprise leaders with its human resource information. Besides, by these features (or the so called Electronic Data Exchange EDI), each corporation may exchange with others human resource information for its own right. Therefore, under such an architecture, enterprises and their subordinate corporations can acquire efficiently human resource information within the business group to be utilized for achieving their expansions. In this plan, a Java- and Distribution-based network framework is proposed for such an architecture. The Java programming language is chosen to make the framework's data translation software platform-independent such that these HRMISs can reuse it after integrated into the framework. This largely reduces the development cost of the translator for each HRMIS. Based on the framework, a prototype will also be built up and practiced with exchanges of human resource information to validate its applicability to the integration of various HRMISs and the sharing of human resource information. |
