中文摘要 | 本文使用Moldflow模流分析MPI4.1版軟體對不同厚度的拉伸試片與畫圖圓圈板做模流分析。首先分別使用中間平面網格元素與三維實體網格元素對不同厚度的拉伸試片同時進行充填流動分析,經由分析結果之流動波前短射情況變化與實際射出成形之短射情況進行觀察比對,了解此二種不同網格元素型態的充填流動分析對不均勻厚充産品的差異性。接著再以畫圖圓圈板為實例,探討射出成型製程中之充填保壓、冷卻與翹曲變形的模流過程,針對中間平面綱格與三維實體網格中之翹曲變形分析與實際射出成形時之翹曲變形進行觀察比對,了解此二種不同網格元素型態的翹曲變形分析對均勻厚度而有圓孔特徵産品的適用性。由實務應用比較得知: 1.於不均勻厚度或是有圓孔特徵的產品做模流分析時,三維實體網格元素比中間平面網格元素更能顯示塑膠真實充填流動現象。 2.以2.5D中間平面網格元素做模流分析的網格元素數目比三維實體網格元素數目少很多,如果就計算時間效率來考量,中間平面綱格元素比較符合經濟性。 3.CAE工程師一定要具備適當的能力,考量分析時間的經濟性與分析結果的準確性,依模型特性選擇適當的網格型態,並就模流分析結果做出正確適當的研判,提出可行性的改善方案,而非一昧無知的完全接受模流分析結果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper used MOLDFLOW(superscript ®) software MPI 4.1 to simulate the injection molding flow process of I shape tensile specimen and sketch circle plate, Which models will be meshed by using 2.5D midplane mesh type and 3D mesh type At first, MPI/filling analysis of the I shape tensile specimen with different thickness was ran to compare the melt front short shooting of the different mesh types with the injection molded part The second, MPI/cool, flow and warpage analysis of sketch circle plate was ran to compare the melt front short shooting ,shrinkage and warpage of the different mesh types with the injection molded part. According to the comparison of moldflow analysis result with the practical injection molded part, we could obtain the following views: 1. The 3D mesh type is more suitable for the I shape tensile specimen with different thickness and Sketch circle plate than the 2.5D midplane mesh type. 2. The mesh statistic of 2.5D midplane mesh type is much less the 3D mesh type, and therefore the PC running time is much less, too. 3. The CAE engineer must have the ability to decide appropriate mesh type for a model and according to the moldflow analysis result to address suitable ideas to solve the injection molding problems. |
