中文摘要 | 光碟產業為了因應目前世界各先進國家所積極推動的高畫質、高音質之數位電視及數位廣播,需要將直徑12公分的光碟片之記錄容量提高到15~30GB才足夠錄製2小時的HD-TV節目。目前也已有三個陣容推出了Blu-Ray Disc、AOD、藍光HD-DVD三種規格,未來哪一個規格會勝出還未有定論?但無論何種規格勝出,DVD等級的光碟刻板系統已經無法用來刻製藍光光碟片,必須使用更高階的深紫外光雷射系統,本文即針對藍光光碟片的規格及適合量產的刻板系統作一討論。 |
英文摘要 | For the next generation of digital-TV and digital broadcast with high definition and high quality stereo program, and satisfying to record 2 hours HD-TV program, the capacity of a 12cm diameter optical disc must be increased higher than 15GB. Recently, three groups proposed different specifications for the next generation optical disc, i.e. Blu-ray Disc, AOD and HD-DVD. We don't know which specification can win the market, however the LBR system for DVD specification can not make the stamper for the next generation optical disc. We must use the Deep-UV LBR system to do it. This article discusses the specifications for the next generation optical disc and the LBR system for mass production. |
