中文摘要 | 慢跑鞋的穿著對於參與者而言是不可或缺的,一雙好的慢跑鞋是跑步時之必要配備,選購避震性較好之鞋子來降低衝擊力可說是-個必須注意之重點。本研究以三雙鞋作為研究對象,分別Nike彈簧慢跑鞋、Nike迴力柱慢跑鞋、功夫鞋各一雙慢跑鞋作為研究對象。實驗方法參考SATRA PMl42之物理性測試方法,進行撞擊避震測試,撞擊高度分別為4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11,12、13cm等10個高度,撞擊頭重量為8.5Kg,測力板取樣頻率為1000Hz,測量各鞋款之最大地面反作用力與最大負荷率,每一高度取10次有效資料,統計方法採重複量數單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)。實驗結果如下: (1)氣墊鞋與迴力柱鞋的最大地面反作用力統計結果達顯著性差異(p =.00>.05)。 (2)氣墊鞋與迴力柱鞋在最大地面反作用力出現時間統計結果達顯著性差異(p=.009>.05)。 (3)氣墊鞋與迴力柱鞋在地面反作用力作用時間上達到顯著差異(p =.00>.05)。 (4)氣墊鞋與迴力柱鞋的最大負荷率測試結果達顯著性差異(p =.00>.05)。 (5)在較高負荷的條件下,氣墊鞋有較佳的避震作用。 |
英文摘要 | The running shoes are the necessary gears of the runner. We must notice that the cushioning of the running shoes were related with the impact. Two pairs of shoes with different structure were be tested. The SATRA PM142 test was be considered in this test way. All shoes were placed on the shock absorbing ability test instrument (SAATI) to survey. One force plate (sampling rate: 1000Hz) was used to gather maximum reaction force (MRF) and maximum loading rate (MLR). According the procedure, SAATI was adjusted at ten heights (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 and 13cm) to impact shoes. At each height, the impact was done 10 times repeatedly. One-way ANOVA was used to compare their shock absorbing ability. Results were as follow: 1.The MRF of the two pairs of running shoes were different significantly (p>.05). 2.The occurring time of the MRF of the two pairs shoes were different significantly (p>.05). 3.The working time of the MRF of the two pairs shoes were different significantly (p>.05). 4.The MLR of the two pairs of running shoes were different significantly (p>.05). 5.In high loading, the shoe with airbag is better than the one with shox in shock absorbing ability |
