英文摘要 | Climbing and walking has been the most popular exercise. The flat foot is easier to get fatigued and pain than normal foot, because of their structural and functional difference. So analyzing plantar pressure of flat foot when we are walking on different uphill slopes is necessary. In this study, ten health pupil without serious lower extremity injuries served as subjects. (arch height 1.59+__0.41cm, foot long 24.6+0.49cm, 156.1 +_6.59cm, 54.7+ 10.1 lkg ) .The ground reaction force and plantar pressure was measured by EMED-Pedar Foot Pressure Measuring System. Subjects were designed to walk in velocity (1.33 m/sec) on the treadmill with three different uphill slopes (096 - 8.5% - 15%) .All the data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA (a =0.05), The results were as fellow: MF were different significantly in heel, first metatarsal and great toe regions .PPP were different significantly in heel, first and second metatarsal regions .PTI were different significantly in first, second and other metatarsal regions .Fri were different significantly in first, other metatarsal and other toes regions. When slope was changed, the effects of the plantar pressure were significantly different. The conclusions o f t his study w ere a s follow: 1. When walking uphill, t he MF and t he PPP distribution would change t o forefoot a rea and centralizing region would move to outside. 2.As the treadmill gradient increased, loading decreased in the heel region. 3.When walking uphill, loading increased in the arch and other metatarsal .So the flat foot should protect these regions. 4.When walking uphill, the findings of this study suggest that long training would be best achieved under treadmill conditions less then 8.5%. |
