中文摘要 | 本文的主要目的在探討和行動研究的開始及參與者有關的一些問題。在方法上,一是探討相關的文獻,一是反省筆者自身所從事過的一個教育行動研究。 就行動研究的開始時機而言:本文認為只要有改善教學的意願,就可以透過行動研究以釐清及解決自身想法和行動中的問題所在,未必要在遇到問題後才開始。 就行動研究的參與者來說:本文認為可考慮邀請有意願的、與欲實踐的情境有關的、具有不同背景的、對探究的主題有較好程度的人來參與行動研究。此外,還可邀請對探究的主題較熟識或對行動研究較有認識者,合力引導行動研究的進行。如此,較能提升行動研究的品質。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this article are to explore some questions concerned with how to begin and how to participate in action research. The methods consist of literature review and a reflection upon one of the educational action research done by the author himself. The article concludes that if teachers/educators are willing to improve their educational practices, then, they can start their action research. They can invite volunteers to participate, become concerned with the situations they want to change, of develop capabilities in the areas they want to explore as part in their action research. They can also invite those who come from different backgrounds of living contexts to participate their action researches. Besides, they can invite people who are more familiar with the themes they want to explore or the process of action researches to co-guide their action researches. |
