中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在發展一個解釋家長對子女學校滿意度的因果模式。運用社會網絡做為中介變項,這包括了「家長參與」和「人際關係」,來分析背景變項如何影響家長的學校滿意度。以問卷方式對1262位高雄縣市國民小學生家長做調查。問卷題目的測量包括了「家長參與」、「人際關係的知覺」及「學校滿意度」。資料統計分析上使用了因素分析、多元迴歸和路徑分析等方法。本研究的結果為:(1)家長們對學校有高滿意度。(2)家長參與及人際關係等兩類屬於社會網絡的中介變項對於家長的學校滿意度都有顯著的正影響。(3)本研究所建構的因果模型對於家長的學校滿意度之解釋獲得部分支持。最後,研究者根據研究結果發現,提出對學校經營實務與未來研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to develop a causal model to explain parents' satisfaction toward children's school. Social network was used as intervening variables, including parents involvement and interpersonal relations, to analyze how background variables affect parents' satisfaction by receiving responses to a questionnaire among 1262 parents of elementary school children in Kaohsiung county and city. Composite measures of parents involvement, perceived interpersonal relations and parents' satisfaction with schooling were obtained. The statistical methods, consisting of factor analysis, multiple regression and path analysis, were adopted to analyze the research data. The results of this study showed: (1) Parents held high degrees of satisfaction toward children's school. (2) All the intervening variables had positive and significant effects on parents' satisfaction. (3) The results of this study partially supported the causal model of parents' satisfaction. Finally, according to the results, the researcher put forward relative suggestions about school management and future studies. |
