中文摘要 | 為了解泥漿床電滲透脫水現象,本研究首先進行孔隙度均一之填充床的電滲透分析,隨後由實驗探討電場強度、機械壓差及初始床高等操作條件對泥漿床脫水速率及床含水率分佈等的影響。結果顯示,填充床之電滲透流率隨孔隙度增加而提高,且理論預估值與實驗結果已可在定量上相符合。 實驗結果顯示,泥漿床於供給電場後,需經一遲滯期方有明顯電滲透流動,該遲滯期隨電場強度增加而縮短,但隨初始床高的增大而提高;電場與機械壓兩作用結合時,在操作初期,主要來自於機械壓力的脫水作用,但其速率衰減甚快,在後續脫水中電場作用逐漸明顯;電能的供給方式對其脫水特性有決定性的影響,以本實驗條件為例,固定電場強度操作者之液體脫除量約比定電流者多約16%左右,但前者脫除單位液體所消耗之電能則約多了66%左右。 |
英文摘要 | In order to give a better understanding of the electroos motic dewatering of concentrated slurries, the electroos mosis through packed beds was first analyzed theoretically and experimentally. Then, dewatering experiments of sludge beds were performed to study the effects of electric field strength and the initial bed height on the dewatering rate and the distribution of1iquid content in dewatered beds. Theoretical prediction on the electroosmotic f1uxin packed beds gave a well agreement with the experimental data. The resuIts from dewatering experiments showed that, after an electric field was imposed on theslurry bed, a long lag phase was observed before which almost no electroosmotic f1ow.The period of the lag phase decreases with the electric field strength appIied, but increases with the initial height of the bed. When the dewatering was operated by a combination of mechanical pressure and electric field, its initial dewatering is completely contributed by the action of the former, but the electric field will play a major role for the subsequent dewatering. |
