中文摘要 | 影響骨骼生長的因素有營養、疾病、激素以及運動,而在正常的營養供給且沒有 疾病干擾骨骼生長的狀況下,適度的運動能夠刺激內分泌系統,對骨骼生長產生正面的效應 。在過去有很長一段時間,人們一直認為生長激素是直接作用於細胞組織上而引發其產生分 裂、增殖,但事實上,生長激素是藉由刺激體內中介素( somatomedins )的形成,之後才 因中介素的作用促進生長板軟骨細胞( chondrocytes )的增生,使骨骼生長。骨骼長度的 生長, 主要是生長激素藉由肝臟或生長板軟骨組織所分泌的類胰島素生長因子 -I ( insulin-like growth factors )之作用,使骨骼生長板中之軟骨細胞得以分裂、增殖。而 運動會引起生長激素分泌調控機制的變化,引起一連串合成代謝作用,促使骨骼長度增長。 |
英文摘要 | The factors which affect bone growth are nutrition, disease, endocrine and exercise. Under a well balanced untrition and without the disturbance of disease, moderate exercise will stimulates the endocrine system which will produce positive effects on bone growth. Though growth hormone stimulates growth, growth hormone does not affect the growth of skeletal cartilage and bone elements directly. In fact, the main action of growth hormones is to stimulate the formation of insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I) in the liver and in peripheral tissues as well. In growth plate, IGF-I stimulate the proliferation of chondrocytes. Exercise induced growth hormone effect which will cause a series of anabolic activities and then promote the longitudinal bone growth. |
