英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences between pre- and post-testing of body composition from fall 2000 to spring 2003 semesters. Female National Cheng Kung University students enrolled in aerobic exercise classes were selected. The results of body composition between pre- and post-tests were as follows: 1. In the body mass index (BMI) test, there are significant differences in spring semesters 2001, 2002, and 2003 (p< .05). In fall semesters 2000, 2001, and 2002, there are no significant differences. 2. In the percentage of body fat test, there are significant differences in spring semesters 2001, 2002, and 2003 (p< .05). In fall semesters 2001 and 2002, there are no significant differences. 3. In the Waist-to-Hip ratio (WHR) test, fall 2000 was the only semester that showed a significant difference (p< .05). Conclusion: There are significant differences in the BMI and percentage of body fat tests of female undergraduate students who had exercise intervention in spring semesters 2001-2003, which was superior in fall semesters 2000-2002. |
