中文摘要 | 中華電信在臺灣為一歷史悠久、服務範圍與客戶數量最為龐大的電信公司。隨著時代與科技技術變遷,經營業務從傳統市話語音、專線與國際業務,進展到智慧型網路、呼叫器與行動電話與寬頻網路及未來3G行動通信。經營各項業務所需帳務系統也陸續建置起來,各司其職。但隨著電信市場開放,客戶要求更好服務與產品,各種跨業務服務需求與日俱增,亟需建立一套中華電信帳務共同資料庫系統,來滿足這些需求,並作為中華電信新一代固網業務帳務系統發展之基礎。目前所急迫的需求為客戶帳務相關合約處理與帳單整合服務,研究所TOPS/Billing專案計畫於是進行帳務共同資料庫系統開發工作,並針對此項需求推出"客戶合約管理系統(TOPS/CCOM)"應用系統。 |
英文摘要 | Because Chunghwa Telecom, big company of long history, has the proudest service coverage and the largest customer base in Taiwan. However, as telecommunication technologies evolving, our services has changed from traditional voice, leased line and international services (international telecommunication business) to intelligent networks, pagers, mobile telephones, broadband networks and 3G mobile communications, and the billing system for each service was implemented continually. But inspired by the biberalization of telecom market, customers is now asking for better services and products. In order to meet customers' needs, we have to build up a common database system, which will become a basis for developing a new-generation Chunghwa Telecom service billing system. At present, contract management and convergent billing are the most urgent requirements, so Chunghwa Telecom Labs' TOPS/Billing project is developing the billing database system. In this article, we present the TOPS/Customer Contract Managementd System (TOPS/CCM) to meet the requirements. |
