中文摘要 | 本研究以典型161kV供電之大型高科技工廠為對象,分別探討廠內不同電壓等級的配電系統發生接地故障時接地系統的特性,包括地電位湧昇(GPR)、步間電壓、接觸電壓及電磁場的分佈並據此評估對人員、設備及系統的影響,其中將考慮系統接地型式、各地網互連狀況、外線系統的接地線引入情形等。分析結果顯示,161kV系統發生接地 故障最嚴重,其故障電流產生之GPR高達數萬伏特,會對人員與設備造成傷害,而其他電壓等級之接地故障相關的接地系統特性則對敏感系統影響較大。因此,相關改善方法有必要實施以加強接地系統對接地故障之防護能力。基本上各地網互連、電力公司架空地線的引入及高壓系統採電阻接地都有利於減輕接地故障的傷害,宜加以採用o |
英文摘要 | This paper studies the characteristics of grounding system during ground faults on distribution systems with different voltage level of typical large high-tech plants fed with 161kV power. The ground potential rises (GPR), step voltages, touch voltages and electromagnetic fields are first analyzed. Based on these analysis results, the affections on personnel, equipments and systems can be assessed. Thetypes of system grounding, the situations of interconnection between grids and the utility ground wires are considered. The analysis results have shown that the GPR wi1l rises to tens kV due to 161kV ground fault, which will damage personnel and equipments. The characteristics of grounding system respect to ground faults on other vo1tage levels will influence the sensitive systems. For improving the protection performances of grounding system against the ground faults, some improving methods are necessary. Basically, the use of utility ground wires, the interconnection between grids and the high voltage system grounding with resistance are all useful for mitigating the damages of ground faults. |
