中文摘要 | 24Cr-14Ni之高含合金不銹鋼常用於銲條之心線,且因其具有優異的抗腐蝕能力及高溫強度,一般也用於高溫器具與結構材。然而,在熱軋、固溶化處狂等生產過程中,本材料因處高溫,易生成厚實的銹皮,難以去除。本研究旨在探討該不銹鋼材銹皮之組成並模仿生產製程條件,開發高效率之酸洗除銹條件,以降低該商品級材料之生產成本與環保負荷。 由實驗結果得知,適用本鋼種除銹之混酸比例、溫度、時間、鹽浴成份等條件,經大規模地在工廠中實驗後,證實可有效縮短除銹時間73%,減少混酸消耗50%,具極大之經濟價值。 |
英文摘要 | High alloyed stainless steels with 24% Cr and 14%Ni contents are becoming more important for use as core material for welding wires and a structural material in hearing ovens due to their excellent corrosion resistance and high structural strength in high temperature range. According to analysis in this study the pickling parameters during steel production like the concentration of acids, pickling temperature, time, concentration of metallic ions and salt bath were investigated systematically. Optimal conditions for the removing of scales on these Si alloyed 24Cr-14Nistainless steels were found after a series of experiments. The results show an economically effective decrease of pickling time up to 73% and 50% of the used acids quantity. |
