中文摘要 | 本文提出一輸電系統最佳並聯電抗器之規劃。近年來,因電力系統路權取得困難及都市景觀日益受重視,大量使用地下電纜,因而造成電壓上升的問題。本文首先分析並聯電抗器對電力系統之影響,然後以基因法則找出並聯電抗器對於各電壓等級之最佳單組容量與安裝位置,以控制離峰時的系統電壓於合理範圍。基因法則具有簡單、易於訂定評估標準、快速等優點。本文並利用一電力系統進行研究,且獲得不錯之結果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is proposed an optimal shunt reactor planning of a transmission system. In recent years, because the road power of electrical power systems obtained is difficult and the metropolis landscape is paid attention, there are a large number of underground cables to use and cause bus voltage rise problems. First, this paper is analyzed the influences of shunt reactors to power systems. Secondly, the genetic algorithm is used to find optimal shunt reactor single unit capacity of various voltages rank and the install positions for off-peak power system and control the bus voltage to the reasonable range. The genetic algorithm has the advantages of simply, easy to access, and fast. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm obtains the good performances on the power system. |
