| 中文摘要 | 甲基丁香油(Methyl eugenol;4-allyl-1, 2- dimethoxybenzene- carboxylate)混合化學藥劑長期被應用於誘殺東方果實蠅Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)雄蟲(6, 8, 9, 10, 12),亦為目前台灣地區監測及抑制東方果實蠅田間族群密度的主要策略(1, 2)。甲基丁香油除對東方果實蠅雄蟲具強烈誘引效果外,該化合物對基徵草蛉(Chrysopa basalis)(11)、蜜蜂(4)、果蠅(Drosophilidae)、家蠅(Muscidae)、盲椿(Miridae)、寄生蜂(Proctotrupidae)及蠹蟲(Anobiidae)(5)均具誘引作用。 農委會動植物防疫檢疫局近年來委託各試驗場所定期定點以甲基丁香油誘殺板(4 cm ×4 cm甘蔗板+90 %甲基丁香油+5 %乃力松(Naled;0, Dimethyl-1, 2-Dibrome-2, 2-Dichloroethyl phosphate),以下簡稱誘殺板)偵測田間東方果實蠅族群密度。台中區農業改良場自南投縣的三處偵測點(名間:種植柑橘、柚子。集集:種植柑橘。水里:種植柑橘)回收之東方果實蠅樣本中,發現名間與集集偵測點有大量草蛉成蟲遭誘殺,經鑑定為無室草蛉(Ankylopteryx (Sencera) exquisite (Nakahara))(圖一A)。無室草蛉因前翅im室闕如故名,此為本屬分佈於台灣之種類的特?。成蟲體呈青綠,前翅具數斑點,長1.0 - 1.2 cm,大顎細長而彎,內緣無齒,前、後翅之亞前緣脈和徑脈甚近,兩脈間僅有1或2條橫脈,台灣地區於南投埔里及屏東墾丁曾有採集之記錄(7)。 |
| 英文摘要 | During a survey for Oriental fruit flies, Bactrocera dorsalis (Handel), we found that many adult green lacewings, Ankylopteryx exquisite (Nakahara) had been caught in the insect traps. Four treatments (improved yellow McPhail ® trap baited with cane-fiberboard saturated with 90% methyl eugenol + 5% naled, cane-fiberboard in an Exce ® transparent trap saturated with 90% methyl eugenol + 5% naled, cane-fiberboard in an improved yellow McPhail ® trap + cue-lure, and an improved yellow McPhail ® trap + detergent solution) were used for Oriental fruit fly and green lacewing in this trapping study. Numbers of green lacewings caught in the traps were recorded at 2-week intervals from June to September 2002. During the study at 2 investigated plots of Ming-chien and Chi-chi, Nantou, central Taiwan, A. exquisite adults were incessantly attracted to the methyl eugenol trap, and relatively large numbers appeared in July (793 adults/trap at Ming-chien and 366 adults/trap at Chi-chi). We concluded that methyl eugenol is an efficient attractant of the green lacewing, A. exquisite. |
