中文摘要 | 進幾年來,超臨界濕式氧化(Supercritical Water Oxidation, SCWO)技術已被 證實適用於處理有害物質,雖然氧化技術在處理廢水(尤其是高度污染或生物無法處理廢水 )及污泥方面的成就已引起注意。實驗室及模廠規模之研究也廣泛進行中,但其基礎動力學 研究及結果,仍然落後於應用實例。 因此, 本研究之主要目的是探討有害、難處理污染物 2,4- 二氯酚之 SCWO 反應動力及金屬催化之影響。實驗是在批式( bench, V=150 ml )及 連續式( V=15 ml )高壓、高溫反應系統進行,以取得反應動力參數。 實驗結果說明反應 與二氯酚 0.97 次方成正比, 與氧氣 1.16 次方成正比, 活化能及阿倫尼亞氏常數( Arrhenius constant )分別為 13.6 Kcal/mol 及 72.9 M �� 1.13 S �笐薄C實驗亦發現許 多副產物如三氯酚、戴奧辛及芙喃等,並且嘗試探討金屬鈉及鐵對反應動力及副產物之影響 。 |
英文摘要 | Disappearance kinetics of the 2,4-dichlorophenol (DCP) oxidation in supercritical water were investigated. The experimental data reveal that the reaction is 0.97 order for DCP and 1.16 order for oxygen. The global reaction order and rate constant for water were assumed to be independent of pressure. The activation energy and the Arrhenius pre-exponential constant are 13.6 Kcal/mol and 72.9M-1.13 S �笐�, respectively. Several condensation by-products, such as trichlorophenols and dibenzo-p-dioxin, from supercritical water oxidtion (SCWO) of DCP at 673 K were determined. We also found experimentally that the presence of sodium or iron cations in the DCP oxidation in the supercritical water suppressed the formation rate of condensation by-products and enhanced the reaction conversion. |
