中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的乃在調查接受不同特殊教育訓練方案之準特教教師之夜能差異。本研究是以社會學習理論中的效能言念為理論基礎。107位準特殊教育教師(53位讀於大學特教系四年級,54位就讀於特教學分班)參與完成本研究之調查問卷(TEC-中文版)及基本資料表格。本問卷共有20個題目,包括12題評量準教師之個人效能,和8題評量教學效能。問卷所得之資料經由SPSS系統分析,包括描述統計與變異數分析。本研究發現對同特殊教育訓練方案、性別、相關工作經驗皆對教師效能產生影響。研究者根據本研究之發現於文中並實際應用與未來研究之建議以供考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy level of special education preservice teachers trained in traditional and alternative teacher education programs in Taiwan. The theory of efficacy belief in social learning theory is used as theory based in the study. Subjects in this study were 107 preservice teachers trained in traditional and alternative programs. Instruments used included Chinese versions of Teacher Efficacy Scale and Participant demographic Information Sheet. A series of four-way ANOVAs were utilized to investigate the effects of program membership, gender, work experience, and worked with children with disabilities on personal efficacy and teaching efficacy of preservice teachers. The differences of program membership and genders on personal efficacy and teaching efficacy were revealed. Implication for theory, practice and recommendations for future research are included in this study as well. |
