中文摘要 | 成人教育學(Andragogy)發展至今,在理論方面仍缺乏實証性驗證(黃富順,1998) 以作為實際的指引。因此本研究主要的目的,在於整合成人教育學者廣泛注意及應用的理論模型,以作為建構成人教育需求評量量表的指引。本研究提議模式分析是用LISREL來完成,測試的對象包括414位來自全國的大學推廣教育學員,分析上主要是 參照結構方程模式潛在變數分析。提議模式包含2個自變數因素(內含6個測量變數)以及3個依變數因素(內含10個測量變數)。這3個依變數因素是負擔因素、能力因素以及教育需求因素,另外2個自變數因素是個人因素及社會因素。因為提議模式中的GFI、AGFI均末超出0.9 '並且RMR超出o.肘,故需進行模式的修改。經過修改的模式,所有的適配度指標都符合文獻上提出建議的數值,基本上,修改模式中的每個因素都由兩個變數所構成。該修改模式的建立可作為後續建構成人教育需求評估相關之研究的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Development of Andragogy stilllack of empirical evidence as the practica1 guidance in present situation(Fu-Shen Huang, 1998). The purpose of this study is to integrate widespread noticing and applying models in adu1t education the guideline for constructing the needs assessment in adult education. The proposed model was analyzed by LISREL latent variables method, and the target population will inc1ude 414 extension education adult learners at university in Taiwan. The proposed model consisted of 2 independent factors (inc1uded with 6 measurement variables), and 3 dependent variables(inc1uded with 10 measurement variables). These 3 dependent factors are load, power, and educational need, as well as person and social for independent factors. Results showed that further modification should be proceed, because the indications of the GFI and AGFI did not exceed 0.9, and RMR did not less than 0.05. All the indications of goodness-offit for modified model were achieved the proposed standards from literatures. Any factor of the modified model basically was consisted of two variables. This modified model can provide foreture reference for relative research about construction of adult's needs assessment. |
